I was absolutely thrilled with this product! It was exactly as described, which means it will bring my brother so much joy this Christmas. As a fan of Dad's Army, with a special fondness for all things related to it, he will be over the moon with this gift. However, the packaging left a little something to be desired. It arrived in a box that was approximately 16" x 12", and inside that was another box measuring around 12" x 10". Finally, nestled within the layers of bubble wrap, was the mug. Unfortunately, the top of the mug's packaging was dented. My suggestion for improvement would be to streamline the packaging process, reducing the number of boxes, and ensuring better protection for the product. I purchased this mug for our daughter, who is absolutely obsessed with Dad's Army. She finds the phrase "silly boy" hilarious and loves using it to tease her brothers. Needless to say, this mug has quickly become her daily companion. It is a bit on the heavy side, but she doesn't mind at all. It's sturdy...
