What surprised me is that they can run for an impressive six hours from the moment you turn them on. Imagine the convenience! I set mine to automatically illuminate at 4:30 pm and gracefully fade away at 10:30 pm, like clockwork. No manual intervention required! Though it took me a moment to realize they work with batteries, it's a small price to pay for the enchanting atmosphere they create. I did have a minor concern about the snow flake joint being delicate, but haven't encountered any issues yet. These lights truly exceeded my expectations, staying lit throughout the entire Christmas period with just one set of batteries. It's incredible value for money!
