As advertised, these adorable light-up gift boxes are exactly what I was expecting. The hollow inside creates a subtle glow when the lights are on, and while there aren't a ton of lights, it's just the right amount. To make them shine, you'll need three AA batteries. The silver boxes feel soft to the touch, and the red bows are firm and securely attached with Velcro to the top of each box. What's great is that each bow matches its respective box perfectly. When you're not using them, you can easily stack them inside each other without damaging the lights. I highly recommend keeping the plastic bag they come in, as it helps protect them while in storage. I'm really pleased with this purchase, and I currently have them proudly on display. They complement my other decorations without overpowering them, as they come in three different sizes: large, medium, and small.
